Following sending in a stool sample I need to go in for a talk, and a colonoscopy. Having read some misfortunes here I might go for the sedation. Why sit through it when it is not needed, right?

Sedation is definitely the way to go, especially for a gastroscopy. I recently had a gastroscopy followed by a colonoscopy with sedation. It was a breeze.

My GP referred me for physiotherapy due to recurring, quite severe back pain. Physio appointment was this morning. After a two minute mobility check with no further examination he referred me to a gym, despite my concerns that the pain was travelling down my legs. I don't think that additional exercise and stretching will do me any harm, but I feel the visit was no more than a box ticking exercise to improve waiting list figures.

Might have to try the Ticketmaster sell button tomorrow. Can't see me making Steven Wilson on Friday at this rate. Can hardly move today.
