Shingles vaccine today. I don't think I've ever had Chickenpox but the nurse told me I might have had a mild case and not been aware. Booster is from 8 weeks onwards, up to a year after the first jab.

I bought an item from eBay on 8th January. It was due to be delivered by the 14th. It wasn't, so I opened a case and was refunded on the 20th.

Now it's turned up.

Not sure what to do really .. I think that eBay may have paid the refund out of their own funds rather than the seller having done so.

Based on a bit of research it looks like the seller hasn't lost out. It was only £34. Going to keep it.

EBay use their own delivery service now - as a seller you get a QR code which the post office scans and hey presto.  So eBay may have just taken the hit if whichever courier service they used for your item delivered late...I think it will still be traceable their end.

Excellent - very hopeful the same will eventually happen to the 26 woo merchants in the House Of Lords.

Enjoyed that. Liked the story about Pete Towhshend giving him and his mate a lift home from Dreamland in Margate. We are very familiar with Herne Bay and Whitstable.
