There's always a suspicion that the rules are different for people in the upper echelons of the establishment but I think it's a no-win situation for the monarchy. If Mountbatten-Windsor is seen to be getting off lightly or getting privileged treatment, even if there's legitimately insufficient evidence to charge him - that will engender huge distrust in the institution. If he does get charged and sentenced, that's obviously an ongoing PR disaster of epic proportions.

Good.

I'd like to see his older half-brother brought in for questioning, to find out how long he's known about the salient points of this.

Maybe Wills should just get out their and band some teenage totty!
Oh, I think the mental health thing is coming!
Yes, I've just seen he's worried about his Teddy Bears...

Mountbatten-Windsor is probably the result of an affair between his mother and Lord Porchester. Lots more info here: https://brinderswakeup.blog/2017/09/11/are-these-prince-andrews-parents/

He just doesn't have the "Prince Philip look" that Charles and Edward do.

Charles looks like his father but Edward less so. Edward and Andrew share similarities in their appearance IMHO.

I wonder how the "I'm unable to sweat" excuse is holding up?
;D

The Picnic Wasp

This is going to be very interesting. Clearly his family have thrown him under the bus. It would have been an axe in the past. The police will now have a vast amount of his electronic correspondence which will contain a lot more than just his Epstein links. If AMW is to work any kind of deal for himself here he's going to have to sing like a canary. How far might he go? They are clearly a family with many, many skeletons in innumerable closets.

His other route is to come clean and face the music but we haven't seen much evidence of a backbone to date.

Hopefully this is the tipping point and we can get rid of the whole bloody lot of them

Probably depends on what the situation is between him and Charles. If the deal is he takes his medicine and he'll be looked after later, then they'll survive without much problem.

However, if he has effectively been disowned then it might get very messy.

1st Royal to be arrested since Charles 1st!

Can't wait for the next series of 24 Hours in Police Custody on Ch4  ;D

Yes, well they're half brothers. I think Edward looks a lot like Philip. There's the trademark baldness pattern and the bump in the nose.
