Liverpool vs PSG is an enticing prospect.  Villa won't fancy Brugge, they've lost to them already this season. Arsenal should beat PSV I think but whichever of the Madrid clubs they subsequently meet will probably put them out.

I'd say Arsenal had to win this evening to keep their chances of winning the league on life support. They didn't so it's surely Liverpool's year. Good point for Forest but I think they'll struggle to cling on to top four much longer.

I think relegation teams are also known, Wolves shouldn't be handing out 5 points anymore. Shame really, I recall they promoted some 4/5 years ago and were a revelation.

How many fixed CL spots you have again, 3? Would be something, Forest in the CL.

Leicester City, Ipswich Town and Southampton all promoted from the Championship last season - and will all likely be relegated from the Premiership this time.

22/23 season - promoted from the Championship: Luton Town, Burnley, and Sheffield United and all relegated 23/24 season. 

Is this to become the norm? With the 3 teams promoted immediately get relegated the next season.

Fair to describe it as a norm I guess, but at the same time it's to be expected that some promoted teams will make it stick. Forest did well to cling on after their first season back up, but they're flying now.

A 5 0 win for Barnet tonight coupled with losses for York and Forest Green (thanks Halifax) puts Barnet 9 points ahead with 10 games to go. Superior goal difference makes it 10 but I'm not counting any chickens just yet!

Sad to think of all the old football grounds that have gone. Ayresome Park, Maine Road, Roker Park, Highbury, The Baseball Ground, White Hart Lane and the rest. Didn't think Old Trafford would be joining them. I think United ought to establish themselves as a title-contending club again first.
