Kim le Court Pienaar managed to extend her lead by picking up more bonus seconds.

Mountains starting to make a bit of a difference.

Two from two for MaeVa Squiban, pity Shirin van Anrooij couldn't get a top three placing.

Kim le Court put in a fantastic descent to keep her in Yellow

Now for a proper Mountain stage.

A damp Squiban for Maeva today, pity it wasn't for France with PFP winning, she's got ot be tainted she rode for INEOS...

Bit of a a screw up from UAE in Clasico San Sebastian. Ciccone takes it, but the UAE boys should have played that better...

We saw the same in the Giro, and we'll see it in the Vuelta again. No Pogi, no team.

Got to love Puck Pieterse, she's not been at the same level as last year - too much Mountain Biking - but looking at her Strava account she called today's ride "First time in the grupetto🤭"

Well done PFP, Demi Vollering managed to secure place 2 in both GC and stage. Better luck next year, try without falling over then..

Was a very enjoyable TdF Femmes this year, you can really see the level going up, proper mountain stages etc.

Saw on my Strava feed that a 17 year old lad from up the road was out in Samoens. He rode up the Col de Joux-Planes in 53'26" (Although his best time is 46'48")

Interesting to compare him to today's times from the Women: Nianh Fisher-Black took the QOM in 42'43", best plucky Brit time was Millie Couzens in 50'35", Puck took 53'51".

I think it would take me about an hour and twenty! Of course the KOM is Pogi with 33'52"
