The Black Keys - No Rain, No Flowers. Instantly likeable album. Nothing fancy or highbrow about it, just straight forward full of melodies. Really liking it. Has the BK 'signature' sound but it's not annoying at all.

Von Hertzen Brothers - Love Remains the Same

Talking to Jonne VH after the gig yesterday and because I was getting him to sign the CD booklet he told me that it was being - hopefully - rereleased on vinyl later this year, potentially with a new mix.

So glad I did two shows as they performed The Willing Victim on Friday and not Saturday. If We'd only done the one it would have been Saturday's Nottingham show.
