Remember that app that was integrated with Strava years ago, that let you visualise your ride in 3D, well - there's an online facility that does something similar at https://www.rumbo.world/home

You upload your GPX file (get it off your watch / bike computer or export from Strava), it creates the video (you can tweak settings) then it sends a download link to your email address 20 mins later.

Curiously it got the distance wrong in the onscreen text. But it works pretty well. I uploaded yesterday's ride video to YouTube:
