What I was looking for I was delighted to find at an incredibly low price. The IK Multimedia Hammond B3-X Organ simulator has been an object of desire for me for a couple of years now, but the price has kept it out of my reach.

There are a number of Hammond simulators out there, including the pretty good free option of the 'Lost in 70's' Hanon B70:

But to my ears, the B3-X is the best I've tried, with the stunning Leslie speaker emulation perhaps being the icing on the cake.
