I was convinced that MvdP was going to win hos first ever individuAL TT, but, who else but Pogi pipped him by 0.31s

MvdP had been pushung each corner to the limite but still not enough. Don't normally care for flat TTs but that was a good one.

Now seen Davide Piganzoli win the Route Occitanie after his 8th on GC in the Giro.

Then Paula Blasi continued her good run of form by winnibg stage 2 of the women's Volta a Catalunya.

Need to listen to some sounds, have a shower and get something to eat nefore catching up on the Baloise Belgium Tour and the Giro Next Gen.

And Olav Kooij won in Belgium, cannot get used to him not being in Visma kit.

Aubin Sparfel won the stage in the Giro Next Gen, plucky Brit Elliot Rowe in second.

Marlen Reusser took the last stage and the GC in the Tour de Suisse.
Cedrine Kerbaol managed to beat Kasia Nieuwiadoma to second overall

Florian Lipowitz win the Tour of Slovenia today. Thought he was younger than 25 though.

Slovenian Tadej Pogacar won the stage and GC at the Tour de Suiaae. Thankfully he managed to overtake Sticky Martinez on the final climb. Good second overall for old man Carapaz.

Lorenzo Mark Finn won the final stage TT in the Giro Next Gen cementing his overall GC win.

Jasper Philipsen won the stage and enough bonus seconds to win the Baloise Belgium Tour, Lewis Askey plukciest Brit in 4th.

Thomas Pidcock won the Andorra MoraBanc Classica, well worth faking an illness to miss the Tour de Suisse.

Right, more or less no cycling to watch for a fortnight apart from some National Championships next weekend. Better paint some walls and watch it dry rather than suffer the World Cup...

I see that Romain Barnet is enjoying his retirement. He posted his trip on Strava today from Manchester to London 351km in 10 and a half hours.
