And Pedersen back in Pink. Been an enjoyable three days in Albania

Thenop

As predicted  :D

In the Vuelta Feminina they had Marianne Vos, the alleged GOAT, but the Giro had an actual Goat!

Thankfully carnage was avoided.

Thenop

Yessss! Dutch boy van Uden wins the sprint for the Picnic PostNL team! fantastic!

Nickslikk2112

Didn't bother watching it all today - flat stage - but that last 20km was a bit frantic!
Well done the boy Casper, surprised to see Ben Turner up in 9th after fighting his way back on.

Nickslikk2112

Pedders pipped Zambanini and Pidders! Was looking as if he was struggling at times in the last 2km, but had enough left.

Another good ending to a day.

Thenop

Yes, exciting last 20k or so. Although it it completely beyond me why UAE all of a sudden decided to start peddling.

Nickslikk2112

A win for Kaden Groves after a chaotic sprint in a chaotic stage.

Nasty crash on a wet road led to an effective neutralisation. Crashes are part of cycling, it's an outdoor sport, but if the medical services are overstretched it makes sense to play it safe. Unfortunately.

Thenop

Yeah, was an interesting one. Vd Hoorn almost made it!

And the Kooij locks himself in..he should have followed van Aert.

Not quite sure what WvA was up to, but at least Moschetti got relegated.

First big GC day and Juan Ayuso wins it. Roglic managed to do enough to get the Maglia Rosa back.
Egan Bernal looking like he's close to being the Bernal he was.
Plucky Brit Max Poole came in ninth. Pity Paul Double couldn't have led the breakaway to success.

Thenop

Was an interesting one. Big group than finished, no real standout. Keeps it interesting.

Nickslikk2112

Good breakaway win for Luke Plapp today - even if he is an Aussie.

Pity it couldn't have carried on like it was going up until the big climb, but there'd have been a lot of sore legs if that had been kept up.

Roglic manages to lose the Pink jersey.

Thenop

Kelderman had a very good day, well done Wilco! And Ulissi in pink.. well deserved I think, an Italian in pink in the Giro is always nice.

Thenop

WvA finally wins, well done! And a Mexican Pink jersey.. it turns out to be a very enjoyable Giro
