I'll drop out of this one if you don't mind. I'm having a dreadful time at the moment and too distracted to focus on what is usually an enjoyable pastime. Yesterday went from being successful having sold my car to someone who had been considering it for a week or so, to me having to phone a solicitor yesterday and the police for additional advice this morning. I should emphasise that the car in question is immaculate having covered less than 20,000 miles with 10 dealership services in that time. The buyer's objections are completely without foundation but I'm expecting a visit at some stage having received several voicemails.

I wish that was an option but the ownership is transferred which would mean I would effectively be buying it back putting another two owners on its history when I find another buyer. Also, my insurance is cancelled so I would require a brand new policy as well as a new advert which I paid the premium package rate. Her complaint is based on the fact that she just doesn't like the car. She currently drives a Tesla and stated that my car is too noisy. It's a two seater convertible sports car with twin exhausts. My solicitor told me to block all contact with her as I am completely in the right over the sale but it's a horrible situation. I don't really wish to even see the car again as it has caused so much distress.

It's like buying a blue car then wanting to change it because you want a red one.
