FWIW I first saw Quo in '82 at the Prince's Trust Rock Gala. But by then I'd seen Queen, Led Zeppelin, Rush AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Bad Company, Scorpions, Judas Priest, Motorhead, Thin Lizzy, Rainbow, UFO. The benefits of Old Age...

Really at their peak then - 50 years ago!  By the time I got to see them Coughlan had already left and not a single song from their most recent album 1+9+8+2 featured. Already virtually a tribute act!
