He could actually fire his weapons anywhere - might be holding a grudge against the Argies!  I'd be worried for France if Nick was at the helm 

And so could all the submarine commanders with nuclear capability round the World.

Apparently 6 countries have submarines with nuclear weapons, - US, Russia, China, France, Uk and India and potentially Israel too. 

We'll never know and it would probably all be pretty academic anyway but would be interesting to see how many went rogue and where they chose to fire
