I have always been a fan of Homme, ever since his forst strides with Kyuss I have considered him to be a musical visionair, and when he transitioned into QOTSA is was no different.
Not necessarily a Kyuss kightm, but a rockband with aspirations without the compromise. He probablt figured: let everyone else change, I won't. 

What he has turned into in his umpteenth incantation is mind boggling. It is so good, it is ridiculous. And not just musically, visually as well. his 1,500 seat room felt like he was at home. In your livingroom, late at night.

Absoltely fascinating.This is what live music can do, and can be.
