Ginger Wildheart has cancer

Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) - rare but aggressive apparently. Is not undergoing treatment, has a couple more years he says.
I can appreciate not wanting to undergo invasive treatments, clearly a very personal thing.

I like Ginger's work, with and without the Wildhearts. He has a knack for melodic choruses, combined with his punk do it yourself attitude. It does tire on the ears after a while but the melodies make up for it a lot. Have quote of work purchased digitally. The latest Wildhearts "the Satanic Rites of the Wildhearts" is a good album, a shining example of how they sound.

Anyway, thought I'd mention it here, I know some of you appreciate him, I know Reg does.

And by the way: F*ck cancer.
