Title: Site Down from 1030 today for 40 mins ALL DONE

Taking another snapshot today at 1030, then I'll install the latest version of the forum software.

Assuming that all goes OK - the site will be back before 1115.

Otherwise - I'll have to restore from the snapshot, and the site will be back at about 1200 at a guess.

EDIT: that went well, we're now on SMF 2.1.6 which is the latest version. Supposed to have a few minor optimisation improvements and bug fixes, but I don't think we'll notice a difference.
