Title: Restoring Led Zeppelin
Post by: Thenop on December 02, 2025, 04:01:24 PM

For those of you that have seen Becoming Led Zeppelin, and have used headphones (like I did) you might have wondered why it sounded even better than it looked. Was it AI? Other digital trickery?
No, I was amazed to read this and jumped with joy. What a fantastic read this is, a testament to the world of the old.

(And for those of you that have not seen it yet: what is wrong with you?)

So they deliberately compromised the audio just to make it sound like your parents' 1970s stereo? I honestly think that's criminal.

That was the slightly irritating thing for me . Would like to have heard more talk/ conversation from the band and less songs tbh..

Yes, I found that a bizarre approach. Modern technology should be about unearthing hidden layers to re-excite our ears about something we thought we had properly known for decades, but hadn't really.
